Marleau’s Action Maintenance Ltd. – Limited Warranty
At Marleau’s Action Maintenance Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our work. For all commercial, residential, and industrial painting projects we complete in Southern Ontario, we provide a two-year (24-month) limited warranty from the date of contract signing.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers peeling and/or blistering caused by defective workmanship. If these issues occur and the following conditions are met, we will repair the affected areas at no labour cost:
- The customer has paid Marleau’s Action Maintenance Ltd. in full for the completed work.
- The customer retains the original contract as proof of work.
Repairs will only address the areas and scope included in the original contract.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Cracks in plaster or drywall
- Paint supplied by the customer
- Galvanized metal surfaces
- Bleeding knots in wood
- Moisture damage, mildew, rust, rot, or disintegrating materials
- Interior varnished surfaces
- Peeling of previous paint layers
- Significant temperature changes
- Building settlement or shifting causing cracks or tape tears
- Moisture intrusion
- Work where Marleau’s Action Maintenance Ltd. did not supply the paint
- Damages caused by abuse, accidents, misuse, or alterations
- Damages or defects from fire, flood, acts of God, extreme weather, vandalism, or negligence
- Exact paint colour matching (we will match as closely as possible, but perfection is not guaranteed)
